JPeak 02: Kansai 6.
KANSAI 6. Daniell, Thomas.
JPeak 02: Kansai 6.
Kansai6 is a group that consists of six architects who practice in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Kobe around the Kansai region. The architects explore and research the architecture of Asia. Even though each of the six members has different thoughts, and practices, they share their understanding and vision of the historical awareness of Asia in larger perspective. The reason why Kansai6 was formed is to create a way of specifically representing 'modern architecture of Asia'. The group consists of Shuhei Endo, Young Il Lee, Katsuhiro Miyamoto, Dai Nagasaki, Kiyoshi Sey Takeyama, and Akira Yoneda. This book features works and projects by each architect and their collaborative efforts as well. Korean/English
